I deal with all kind of transactions including remortgages, transfer of equity, newbuilds, shared ownership and leasehold from start to finish. The work involved with this includes drafting the legal report/searches report/ mortgage report and completion statement, issuing the contract pack, raising enquiries and keeping all relevant parties up to date with the transaction. I have over 6 years of experience in conveyancing starting as an assistant in 2018. My interest in property law began while studying Criminology and law as part of my bachelors degree in 2015, since then I went on to obtain a Graduate diploma in Law and a Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. My goal is to become a Licensed Conveyancer and a solicitor
