I have worked in the legal sector, specifically covering the area of Private Client for over 25 years. My role involves assisting, guiding and advising clients on Wills and Inheritance Tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Deputyships, Applications for Grants of Probate and Grants of Representation and Estate Administration. Whilst I work remotely and am not predominantly office based, I cover the areas of South Leicestershire, Bulwell in Nottingham and Hucknall in Nottingham. I am able to offer home visits where needed in these areas, face to face appointments in both Nottingham offices and telephone and virtual meetings. The very nature of Private Client work can be very personal to individuals when potentially facing difficult and emotional times in their lives. The importance of dealing with each client on a personal but professional level with patience, care and understanding is very importance to me.
