I joined Sheltons in 2022 as a paralegal and now pursuing full qualification as a Solicitor. I started my Period of Recognised Training in 2023, going on to complete training seats in both Private Client and Litigation. Sheltons offer a supportive development process. My development has consisted of shadowing and assisting others, progressing onto managing a caseload. I am currently training in a third seat in Residential Property. I enjoy the client exposure aspect of my role and learning about different sectors of law and business. I also enjoy the social activities at Sheltons; Christmas office activities, charity dress down Friday, and recent staff day out to an escape room activity.
